⚔️ OLYMPUS VIII — LAUNCH PLAN

THE OLYMPUS WAY | We Ascend Together

Our mission is to build more than a guild. We're building a community that grows together, stands together, and forms lasting friendships.

🛡️ PHASE I — GUILD CREATION

Objective: Establish Olympus VIII.

Connect to Discord and get everyone on the same page.

Everyone learns Skinning and farms leather for approximately 30 minutes.

Meet in Stormwind, outside the Guild Charter building.

Sell leather and contribute the silver needed for our charter.

Officers sign, and Olympus VIII is officially born!

🏛️ PHASE II — GUILD EXPANSION

Objective: Grow an active, connected roster.

Invite our Discord members into the guild and continue recruiting until we reach capacity.

Leadership will bring new members into Discord and help them feel welcome.

Focus on retaining active players who participate, help others, and want to build something together.

Recruitment brings people in. Retention gives them a reason to stay. We want a community, not just a full roster.

🏴 PHASE III — THE TABARD

Objective: Fund our guild identity.

Skin and sell leather through the Auction House for approximately two hours.

Meet back in Stormwind and pool our contributions toward our 1 gold tabard goal.

Purchase our tabard and celebrate another milestone!

⚔️ OUR COMMUNITY, OUR STANDARD

Quest together. Run dungeons. Fight in PvP. Help each other and build friendships.

Get involved in Discord voice chat! Talk, connect, and get to know your guildmates. You don't have to be the loudest person in the room. Just show up and be part of the community.

When the Horde messes with one of ours, they won't find someone standing alone. They'll find Olympus VIII standing together.

We started building this guild in beta. At launch, we rise again.

We ascend together. We build together. We stand together. WE ARE GOING PVP REALM AT LAUNCH!!!

We want Olympus VIII to be a guild where people enjoy WoW together, quest, run dungeons, fight in PvP, help each other progress, and build lasting friendships.

Discord, especially voice chat, is key to bringing us together. Get involved, join voice, and get to know your fellow guildmates. You don't have to be the loudest or most hardcore player. Simply showing up and connecting helps build friendships.

We don't want members sitting on a roster playing alone. We want people who communicate, group up, help each other, and contribute to something bigger. An active member helps make this community worth being part of.

We also want to build a reputation.

Our officers must lead by example, welcome new faces, and organize activities. Recruitment brings people in, but community, friendship, and shared experiences give them a reason to stay.
