Privacy

What we collect

• When you log in with Discord: your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar. We ask Discord which of our server roles you hold so we can set your guild rank. We do not read your messages or your friends list.
• Optional profile details: characters, professions, timezone, bio and a Twitch name if you add them.
• Things you post: forum posts, replies, reactions, applications, event sign-ups and uploads. Officers can see applications; forum posts in public categories are visible to anyone.
• Who’s-online information: only what you choose to report yourself, plus (if you opt in) whether Discord or Twitch shows you playing or streaming. Each entry shows where it came from and when. You can hide yourself from the public widget or from everyone in your profile settings.
• Technical data: your IP address is turned into a salted one-way hash for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP address in our database. Standard server logs may briefly contain it and are rotated.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie to keep you logged in (an opaque session token, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax). A small note in your browser’s local storage remembers that you have seen the intro animation. No advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. Because everything is essential, there is no cookie banner.

Third parties

• Discord handles login and role sync.
• Twitch / YouTube embeds (clips) load only where a member posts one, from Twitch or the privacy-enhanced YouTube domain. Their own policies apply.
• We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account exists. Sessions expire after 30 days. Audit logs of moderator actions are kept for guild safety. Encrypted backups are rotated on a schedule.

Your choices

• See and edit your profile, characters and privacy toggles in your profile settings.
• Ask for an export or deletion of your account and personal data. Posts may be anonymised rather than removed so threads still make sense.
• Log out any time; ban or leave the guild and your access ends.

Kids

Discord requires users to be at least 13 (higher in some countries). This site is not directed at children under that age.
